Jaidarshan Indocraft Pvt. Ltd. manufactures centrifugally cast cylinder sleeves for dirt bikes, ATVs, racing engines and drone engines at our ISO 9001:2015 certified foundry in Ahmedabad, India. We supply performance workshops, engine rebuilders and distributors worldwide, in standard sizes and to customer drawings.
Why Performance Engines Need Replaceable Sleeves
High-output engines run hot. Sustained heat, detonation, poor fitment, debris in the combustion chamber and corrosion all accelerate bore wear. Once a bore is scored or worn beyond its service limit, a replaceable sleeve restores the cylinder at a fraction of the cost of a new barrel or block — and allows the bore to be taken to a larger size where an overbore is wanted.

Every heat is verified by spectrometer in our in-house metallurgy laboratory. Sleeves are finished on CNC, VMC and VTL machines, then ground and honed in-house with cross-hatch applied to specification.
Made to Your Sample or Drawing
Send us the engine make and model, a drawing, or the worn sleeve itself. We will confirm dimensions, material and fitment before quoting. For 2-stroke barrels, port positions and timing must be supplied with the order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you make a sleeve for an engine that is no longer supported?
Yes. Send a physical sample or a dimensioned drawing and we can manufacture from it, including obsolete and vintage engines.
Can the bore be made oversize for an overbore build?
Yes. Specify the finished bore required and we will cast and machine to it.
Do you supply port-matched 2-stroke sleeves?
Yes, made to your drawing or sample. Port positions and timing must be provided.
What is the minimum order?
100 pieces per size.
