Gas engines demand more from a cylinder liner than standard diesel applications — higher combustion temperatures, longer service intervals, and tighter dimensional control. Our liners are engineered to meet these demands through controlled metallurgy, centrifugal casting, and precision CNC machining at our foundry in Ahmedabad, India.

- Bore diameter: 100 mm to 180 mm in regular production
- Development capability: up to 400 mm inner diameter, up to 500 mm length
- Casting method: Centrifugal casting for dense, uniform microstructure

- Cast iron FG260 with special alloy additions, plus the full range of alloyed grades to suit your specification
- Phosphate coating for corrosion protection and improved running-in
- Plateau honed bores for optimal oil retention and ring seating
