We have developed extensive technical capability and adopted comprehensive quality control measures, using statistical process control and continuous improvement. All quality-related activities are governed by controlled procedures and work instructions.
In-House Metallurgy Laboratory
Every heat is verified before casting is released

Material grades are produced and verified to IS 210, IS 1865, ASTM A48, EN-GJL and EN-GJS series. Special alloys of specified grade are purchased against defined input standards and checked on arrival. All instruments are calibrated by certified agencies under our ISO 9001:2015 system.
Quality Control System
Producing a quality product is straightforward. Delivering it consistently is the discipline.
A dedicated team of qualified engineers maintains inspection at every stage of the manufacturing cycle, from raw material through to finished product.
