Jaidarshan Indocraft Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer (Certificate No. QM00524000000165) of centrifugally cast cylinder liners for gas engines, supplied to engine builders, remanufacturers and spare parts distributors in more than 21 countries.
Gas engines demand more from a cylinder liner than standard diesel applications — higher combustion temperatures, longer service intervals and tighter dimensional control. Our liners are engineered to meet these demands through controlled metallurgy, centrifugal casting and precision CNC machining at our foundry in Ahmedabad, India.

We do not offer catalogue parts for gas engines — every liner is developed to the customer’s drawing or physical sample. Send your drawing and our team will confirm feasibility, recommend a material grade and give you a development timeline. Where an engine is obsolete and no drawing survives, we can manufacture from the worn component.

Yes. Send a physical sample or the worn liner and we will produce a replacement from it.
Which material grade is right for a gas engine?
FG260 with alloy additions suits most applications. For higher combustion temperatures we can recommend an alternative grade — send us your operating conditions.
