About Jaidarshan Indocraft
Centrifugal casting since 1975
Jaidarshan Indocraft Pvt. Ltd. manufactures centrifugally cast cylinder liners, engine sleeves and custom castings from our ISO 9001:2015 certified foundry in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
The business began with Mr. Mahendrakumar Shah, who entered the cylinder liner industry in 1975. Jaidarshan Indocraft Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1997, built on a customer base that valued quality and integrity above price.
Today we supply distributors, engine rebuilders and OEM buyers across India and in more than 21 countries, under our JAI NO 1 and MDT brands.
Leadership
Mr. Divy Mahendrakumar Shah — Director
A second-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Divy Shah took charge of operations in 2010. Under his leadership the company has upgraded its manufacturing technology, developed new liner models, and expanded significantly into export markets and new product segments including special-purpose centrifugal castings.

Our People
We have always believed this is a team effort. Our skilled and unskilled workforce, engineers and marketing team work as a family within a family-run organisation.
Many of our staff have been with the firm for more than 30 years. In an industry where experienced foundry and machining hands are hard to find and harder to keep, that continuity says more about our working culture than any statement could — and it is why quality stays consistent from one order to the next.

Everything In-House
Melting, casting, machining, grinding, honing, inspection and packing all happen under one roof. Nothing is subcontracted, so we control quality at every stage and can take on custom sizes without waiting on outside suppliers.
Every heat is verified on a Hitachi Foundry-Master Smart 2 spectrometer before casting is released, and every part is inspected individually before dispatch.
We can manufacture any cylinder liner to your drawing, physical sample or OEM part number.
